Ingredients
- 2 oz Lewis Redmond
- 1 oz of peach purée
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 peach slice
- 3 mint leaves
In a mixing glass muddle the mint, simple syrup and lemon juice. Add ice, Lewis Redmond Bourbon and peach purée. Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a peach slice.
